PTFE Lined 90 Degree Elbow
MVS PTFE Lined 90 Degree Elbow are casted up to 150 mm, above sizes are Fabricated. All PTFE lined 90 degree elbows are lined with paste extruded PTFE liners flared each end over the flange faces similar to our pipe spools. FEP, PFA and PVDF moldings are standardized for our 90 degree cast elbows. These are very resilient to permeation and offer raised faced flange.
Our standard ptfe lined 90 degree elbow are all manufactured to ASME B 16.5 class 150 dimensions. PTFE Lined 90 Degree Elbows in virgin unpigmented liners or static dissipating (Anti-static) liners to prevent static build up within piping on site are also available.
